Welcome 2018 Interns!

“Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I will learn” — Benjamin Franklin

One of the Core Value of NMG/MYP is Fun and we plan a variety of events and parties throughout the year that allow everyone to spend time with their coworkers building bonds and friendships. Providing good jobs and family friendly benefits is a win-win for Neal Mast and our community. Longevity is high among our employees with 40% over 5 years of service and a management team that averages 10+ years of service.

MYP/NMG has an active internship program, hosting multiple interns each year. Our program is designed for students following a horticulture or related program of study. Working primarily in the greenhouse and production, they also spend time in other departments to get a well rounded, hands on, working experience and exposure to all facets of our business.

One of our Core Values is Continuous Improvement. Our employees work in collaborative teams to make good even better! Internships are part of continuous improvement, as we learn as well from fresh eyes and new talent. We want to support and encourage those going into the horticulture industry and do our best to be a part of the student’s educational process.

We’re very excited to introduce our two interns for Summer 2018!
