Truck Delivery Orders
Order deadline is Wednesday 12:00 PM (noon) EST, prior to ship week.

Truck Delivery Schedule
Zone 1,3 & 5 (except Maine): odd weeks 5,7,9,11,13
Zone 2 & 4: even weeks 4,6,8,10,12,14
Minimum of 50 trays for truck delivery.
Truck orders may be boxes to protect plants while unloading.

Federal Express Orders
Order deadline is Friday, 6:00 AM EST, prior to ship week.
FedEx 1 Day service for Mini & Standard box.

Customer Pick Up
Order deadline is Friday, 6:00 AM EST, prior to ship week.
Mast Young Plants will contact the customer directly to arrange their pickup day.
Customer pick up days are Tuesday and Wednesday only.

Spot Orders
Order deadline is Saturday 12:00 PM (noon) EST, prior to ship week.
Spot orders will be shipped as a separate order and cannot be combined with regular orders.
FedEx 1 Day service only.
